Leading the Way
So this weekend I am leading a "Leadership Weekend" with the Canopy. Our objective is to discover the thematic goal or "rallying cry" for the church so that we can plan the next few months of ministry. The church is at a significant crossroads of its development and has some significant decisions to make. This fall could be a very crucial time in their development and needs to be mapped out clearly. Over the last few months I have felt that God wants me to take a hand in helping the church focus itself. Please pray for me over this weekend and for the leadership of the Canopy as plan and discover their future. Ask God to lead the way......

YES All our Churches need too FOCUS BACK ON GOD/JESUS YES BACK ON GOD/JESUS !!
We were even told by some Groups too have our E-Mails removed from a ministry because we ask for PRAYERS for a LOVED ONE!! But they said it gets too much E-Mails in people's Accounts and we just want too do FUN THINGS!!"Wonder WHY this GROUP is HURTING too due too the SHIT they do too us, Even Worse there nice too us for a while and then TURN ON YOU AND WHY!!
Lots of my friends and I got SPIRTUALLY HURT YES HURT by and were SORRY too say this TRUTH Central BAPTIST with the Stress yes STRESS of the Partnership what 75% of the Churches did not WANT it was FORCED ON US!!(Wonder WHY lots of PEOPLE,STAFF,Members/Non are BURNT OUT or even worse SICK!!) Or even Worse having Car Accidents like Ian and having LOTS of Car Problems still!! Or Burnt out Working LONG HOURS till 3-4 A.M Wonder why he is so SICK/TIRED /BURNT OUT or even Worse some People go too PLACES they should not be in what lots of People were told by GOD/JESUS!! This happened too PEOPLE we know and many others(like Pastors) We know from various Churches so YES LETS DO GOD'S WILL AND NOT MANS and see our #'s DROP YES DROP MORE,MORE and this is happening since 2002!!
So YES we need too wake up our CHURCHES AND DO GOD'S WAYS and Not Central,Evangel PENTECOSTAL,Millwoods,Central(North point Community Church)"Central PENTECOSTAL CLOSED DOWN NOW SINCE THE END OF JUNE and they lost 93% of the Regular CHURCH since the FORCING of the Church too Move says ex STAFF,Members,Non Too Far,NO BUSES,People has too car pool,Walk so FAR YES FAR and even Worse bob Jones said 99% of the Church lived in St.Albert A TOTALL LIE ON HIS PART it's only 15%!! But now only 9% of the St.Albert Members are going too the NEW CHURCH. He only has too DRIVE 8 Minute Drive what a JOKE says EX STAFF,MEMBERS,NON , and other PENTECOSTAL LEADERS THAT KNOW BOB JONES!!
So Yes lets WAKE-UP OUR CHURCHES and not Watch someone on a T.V screen "You can do this at HOME!!",Comfy PEWS,Better SOUND,LOUDER YES LOUDER MUSIC,Having the Pastor say the same thing over 6-7X"That's BORING"
Wonder Why Lots of People QUIT Central Baptist,Evangel PENTECOSTAL,Millwoods etc And going too other type of CHURCHES and feels GOD'S GRACE,PEACE,Feeling like CHILDREN OF GOD ETC!!

I totally agree that the Canopy is at a crossroads. This fall is going to be quite interesting.
This post fits well with a post on Eric's site about Applebee's. The Canopy is on the verge of something great, or something disasterous, and I think a lot of it has to do with conviction.
I pray that you and the Canopy leadership are able to lead us Home.
PS - I know this is a month after-the-fact, but I'm sure you're all still working on it.
